A TeamCity build URL pasted into a session is usually a request to find out why CI failed, and the answer is rarely in the log you are looking at. The skill drives the teamcity CLI for runs, logs, jobs, queues, agents and pools, and it carries the specific traps: a composite build has an empty log so you have to descend into its children, chains fail bottom-up so the deepest failure is the real one, and the flag is limit rather than count. It also refuses to guess syntax, pointing at the command reference instead. A second skill covers migrating an existing pipeline onto TeamCity.
