Claude Code starts every session empty, so conventions and dead ends get re-explained from scratch. This plugin hooks the session lifecycle: transcripts are saved automatically, compressed through Haiku into tiered daily summaries, and read back into context when the next session begins. Choosing a cheap model for the compression step is what makes running it after every session viable rather than something you remember to do; the tiering is what keeps the reloaded context small. It is deliberately lossy — compressed working memory, not a transcript replay.
