The most useful command runs before anything ships: it compares the working diff with the history of incidents on that service and warns when a similar change has caused an outage before, while also checking whether anyone is actually on call to catch it. From there the plugin covers the rest of the lifecycle without leaving the terminal — declaring and responding to an incident, posting status, checking or swapping on-call shifts, writing a handoff, and assembling the retrospective that otherwise costs an afternoon. Three agents specialise in deploy safety, investigation and retro analysis, and shell scripts validate the token and detect active incidents.
