Token spend is invisible while you work and surprising afterwards. This plugin reads the local transcripts under the Claude projects directory and renders an explorable report: where tokens went, how well the cache was hit, which subagents ran, and which individual prompts cost the most. Seeing the expensive prompts named is usually enough to change how the next session is structured.
