A Python command-line tool that reads a documentation site, a GitHub repository or a PDF and emits a packaged skill folder, flagging conflicts with skills already on the machine. The result can be installed into detected coding agents in one step, with a dry-run flag that shows what would change first. Optional extras add LLM platform support, an MCP server and video handling.
