You describe the work in plain language and the plugin picks one of six team-architecture patterns: pipeline, fan-out/fan-in, expert pool, producer-reviewer, supervisor, hierarchical delegation. From that choice it writes agent definitions into .claude/agents and the matching skill files into .claude/skills. Nothing hooks into runtime; what you get is a set of files you can read, edit and commit.
