Search and inspection are one skill each and change nothing; sharing, file requests, folder organisation and deletion are separate skills that have to confirm before any write tool is called. Deletion is the strictest of them — the agent must present a review list of exact paths or stable identifiers first, so a loosely worded instruction cannot become a recursive removal. The organising skill keeps copy and move distinct and reports asynchronous job identifiers that are still pending rather than declaring the operation finished. Two gaps are documented rather than worked around: sharing with named recipients and revision history are not exposed by the underlying tools, and the skill tells the agent to say so and offer a shared link instead of improvising a substitute.
