The routing skill states the rule it will not bend: the active organisation and project must be resolved from the local config file or from a list the developer confirms, and a single project showing up in that list is explicitly not permission to select it. Nothing runs until that is settled. From there the flow is fixed — serve and test locally, deploy to the Development environment, promote to Production only after Development is verified, with direct production deploys refused. Deprecated service names never appear in generated code, so File Store becomes Stratus, event listeners become Signals and cron becomes job scheduling. A pricing skill loads before any paid resource is created, so the cost is stated before the code is written.
