Most of the value here is in refusing to start coding. A routing skill maps the problem type to the smallest correct Zoom surface — the REST API for backend automation, webhooks or WebSockets for event delivery, the Meeting SDK for embedding, the Video SDK for a fully custom experience, real-time media streams for meeting bots — and only then hands off to the surface-specific workflow. Sixteen slash workflows cover marketplace app registration, OAuth scope selection, meeting apps, bots and recorders, Team Chat, Phone, Contact Center, and a triage workflow that isolates which layer of a broken integration is failing. The embedding branch splits again by platform, down to separate client-view and component-view guidance on the web. Each bundled server reads its own bearer token variable, so permissions can stay isolated per surface.
