The design decision worth noting is granularity: instead of a single render tool taking a free-form spec, there is a separate tool per chart type — area, bar, boxplot, histogram, dual-axes, funnel, liquid, network graph, mind map, fishbone, flowchart, district map and more. Each carries its own typed schema, so the model picks a chart by name and fills known fields rather than inventing a configuration format and getting it subtly wrong. Coverage extends past statistical charts into diagram territory, which means one server handles both a sales trend and a root-cause diagram. Rendering can be pointed at a private deployment through an environment variable, and unwanted tools can be filtered out to keep the tool list short.
