ESP32 work is a sequence of terminal commands that a newcomer has to learn before writing any firmware, and this server puts that sequence behind seven tools so the loop can be driven by conversation instead. It covers toolchain installation, project creation, target selection across the chip family, incremental builds, serial port enumeration, flashing to a connected board and running pytest with pytest-embedded. Two details are worth knowing: idf_path is a per-call parameter, so different projects can pin different ESP-IDF versions without switching a global environment, and there is experimental support for reading the build log and attempting a fix automatically. The author describes it as a proof of concept, which is a fair reading of the current tool surface — flashing writes to real hardware, so review before granting it.
