Intercom runs the server itself over streamable HTTP, with separate US and EU endpoints so data stays in the workspace's region. Most of the thirteen tools are read-only, covering conversation, contact, company and article lookups; article creation and updates are the exceptions. Clients connect through an OAuth flow or by passing an access token as a bearer header.
