Published by LINE itself and marked a preview, it wraps the Messaging API around a single channel access token. The split that matters is push versus broadcast: push_text_message and push_flex_message go to one user id, while the broadcast pair reaches everyone who has added the account, so picking the wrong one is expensive rather than merely wrong. get_follower_ids closes the usual gap by returning the ids of users who follow the account, so the model does not have to be handed a list by hand. Rich menus are first class — create_rich_menu builds one from up to six actions, generates and uploads the image and sets it as default, with separate tools to list, delete and clear it. get_message_quota reports the monthly send limit and current consumption.
