Substack MCP Plus

Substack publishes no public API, so this is an unofficial server sitting on reverse-engineered endpoints through the python-substack library. The project states that plainly and it is the right expectation to carry: an upstream change can break it without notice. Setup avoids API keys entirely by opening a browser for login, handling the captcha challenge and storing the resulting token encrypted rather than leaving a password in a config file. Twelve tools cover creating a rich text draft from Markdown, HTML or plain text, updating, duplicating and deleting drafts, publishing, listing drafts and published posts, reading a post back, uploading images to Substack's CDN, generating preview links, listing sections and reading the subscriber count. A paywall marker in the body separates free preview from premium content.
