Nostr MCP Server

Nostr has no central server, so the configuration is a relay list rather than an endpoint: an environment variable holds the websocket addresses a note is broadcast to and the client keeps connections open to all of them at once. Signing uses an nsec private key read from the environment, which means the key sits on the machine running the server and nowhere else — worth knowing before pointing a hosted agent at it. Two tools are exposed: post_note takes plain content, and send_zap sends a Lightning payment of a chosen amount to a user identified by a NIP-05 address, still marked work in progress. The server runs in Server-Sent Events mode on a configurable port, with stdio listed as planned rather than shipped.
