During an incident the questions are always the same and always urgent: what is firing, who is on call, what happened last time. PagerDuty's official server answers them without a context switch — list and filter incidents, read notes and timelines, look up schedules and escalation policies, and update incident status. Restricting it to read-only is a reasonable default until a team is confident about who is driving the conversation.
