The package deliberately contains nothing executable — no binary, no runtime wrapper and no credentials. The installed twg command owns both execution and authentication, and the plugin only knows how to install it, verify it and repair it. The single skill runs the installer for the current platform, locates the binary when it is not on the path, and finishes with the CLI's own doctor command so a broken sign-in surfaces as a diagnosis instead of a confusing failure three steps later. The CLI is where the value sits: it presents Jira issues, Confluence pages, Bitbucket pull requests, service management tickets, assets and connected third-party sources as one graph, so a ticket, the document explaining it and the pull request closing it can be linked in a single move. The same repository serves nine different agent hosts through thin adapters.
