A project memory file decays in a specific way: it accumulates advice that was true once, and loses the lesson someone learned yesterday because writing it down was not part of finishing the task. This plugin attacks both ends — it audits the existing file for stale or vague instructions, and it turns what happened during a session into an entry worth keeping. The audit half is the harder one, since removing a line takes more confidence than adding one.
