This is the outlier in Google's database skill collection, because nothing about it is Google Cloud. The connection is an ordinary Oracle string, host and port with a service name or a TNS alias, alongside an optional wallet directory and a flag that switches from the thin driver to the thick OCI client when a feature needs it, so an on premises database is as reachable as a hosted one. The seven scripts lean toward diagnosis rather than CRUD: top SQL by resource consumption, active sessions, execution plans, tablespace usage and invalid objects sit next to table listing and statement execution. That set matches how Oracle problems are actually investigated, starting from what is consuming the instance rather than from the query you suspect.
