The hosted MCP server reaches organisations, databases, branches, schema and Insights, which means slow queries can be surfaced from the same session that writes the migration. The packaging choice is the interesting part: the skills from two upstream repositories are vendored into this repo rather than linked as git submodules, so a plain checkout installs cleanly with no submodule step, and the exact upstream commits are pinned in a versions file that a weekly GitHub Action bumps through a pull request. One operational note carried in the README: a newly installed MCP server may not appear until Claude Code is fully restarted.
