This is a deliberately thin package: the whole plugin is a manifest and an MCP configuration, no skills and no commands. What it buys is that both entry points are declared together. A local server runs through npx against the project, covering schema migrations, SQL queries and connection strings on the machine where the code lives; a remote HTTP server points at Prisma's hosted endpoint, which is where a Prisma Postgres database gets provisioned and its connection string handed back. Installing one plugin instead of hand-editing two server blocks removes the usual mistake of wiring only the local half and then wondering why provisioning is unavailable.
