AlloyDB splits its addressing into a cluster and an instance, and these skills keep that distinction: the environment supplies both IDs plus the IP type, so the agent connects the same way over public, private or PSC networking. The seven groups map to how the work actually divides. Admin provisions and reports status, data explores schema and runs SQL, health chases bloat and broken indexes, monitor reads execution plans and PromQL metrics, optimize handles extensions and memory settings, replication watches node sync, and access management covers roles and permissions. Each group is a folder of Node scripts the agent calls with a JSON argument, so the model never has to invent a gcloud invocation.
