Railway exposes three agent-facing paths, and the skill's real content is the rule for choosing among them: the CLI when the job depends on local state — a working-directory deploy, railway run, SSH, a database analysis script — the remote MCP for OAuth-scoped discovery, deploy status, bounded logs and feature flags, and GraphQL only when neither exposes the operation. Bundled Python scripts profile Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis services in place, with a separate step that enables the pg_stat extensions before anything reads them. The resource model is spelled out because the hierarchy trips people up: workspace, project, environment, service, bucket and deployment are distinct scopes, and most commands act on whatever the linked context happens to be.
