The skill is narrower than its one-line description suggests, and that is worth knowing before installing it: four Node scripts ship with it — list clusters, get a cluster, list jobs, get a job — so it answers questions about state rather than changing it. Project and region are loaded from environment files by the scripts themselves, which is why a cluster can be named in short form and the rest is inherited from the source. Access goes through application default credentials with the Dataproc viewer or editor role, and the repository is still pre-1.0, so the surface is expected to grow.
