Covers randomization, blocking and stratification alongside the factorial, fractional-factorial, crossover, split-plot and response-surface families. Bundled Python scripts generate the actual assignment tables and DOE matrices from a fixed seed, so a plate layout or run order can be reproduced later. The emphasis is on catching pseudoreplication and confounding while they are still fixable.
